Digital Marketing Lead (ITO)

JOB OVERVIEW

Build, implement, and optimize comprehensive Digital Marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive Lead Generation. Responsible for leading the Marketing team to achieve growth of KPIs in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement Digital Branding & Performance Marketing strategies 

to achieve growth targets (leads, revenue, brand). 

  • Plan and execute B2B lead generation campaigns (focusing on IT Outsourcing and international markets). 
  • Manage and operate digital channels: LinkedIn, Website, SEO, Email Marketing, Paid Ads (Google, LinkedIn, etc.). 
  • Coordinate with Sales/BD to optimize the funnel: Awareness → Lead → Conversion → Deal. 
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign effectiveness based on metrics: ROI, CPL, Conversion Rate, etc. 
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget annually and per campaign. 
  • Lead and develop the Marketing team (Content, Design, Performance, etc.),

ensuring output performance and quality. 

  • Build, control, and improve Digital Marketing implementation processes. 
  • Monitor, evaluate, and optimize campaign KPIs. 
  • Stay updated on Digital trends and explore new customer touchpoints. 
  • Execute team marketing activities and other related tasks assigned by management. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Communications, PR, or related fields. 
  • At least 7–10 years of experience in Digital Marketing, including experience in a Lead/Manager position. 
  • Priority given to candidates who have worked in IT Outsourcing / B2B / Agency environments. 
  • Proficient in Digital tools: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools, CRM/Automation (HubSpot, etc.). 
  • Experience in building and implementing B2B lead generation campaigns; understanding customer behavior in the tech industry. 
  • Passionate about creating value-driven, customer-oriented content. 
  • Strong multi-project management skills, ensuring progress and quality. 
  • Experience in team management, task allocation, and personnel development. 
  • High sense of responsibility, ability to work under KPI pressure, and proactive in work. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with other departments (Sales, BD, Delivery, etc.).
